Carolina Panthers Draft WR Xavier Legette with the 32nd Pick of the 2024 NFL Draft

The Carolina Panthers drafted South Carolina wide receiver Xavier Legette with the 32nd overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft. The Panthers traded up from the second round to secure Legette with the last pick of the first round.

Last year, the Panthers finished their season in last place with a 2-15 record under first-year quarterback Bryce Young. Unfortunately for the Panthers, they traded their first round pick, wide receiver D.J. Moore, and other picks to the Chicago Bears last season to move up for Young in last year's draft. The Panthers will now look to Legette to fill the void Moore left after being traded to the Bears last offseason.
