Creamy Green Avocado Banana Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large frozen banana

  • 1 medium ripe avocado

  • 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 large handful of greens of your choice

  • 1 cup of milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put the frozen banana, avocado, protein powder, greens, and milk into your blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more banana for sweetness (as needed), avocado for creaminess (as needed), and greens for vibrant green color (as needed).

  4. Divide between serving glasses and enjoy!
