Roasted Vegetables Recipe

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together a variety of your favorite vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions, and peppers.

  3. Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of pepper.

  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
