Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Mix together a variety of your favorite vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions, and peppers.
Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down for at least 15 minutes.
