The MLS announced that St. Louis CITY SC’s goalkeeper Roman Bürki has been awarded the Allstate MLS Goalkeeper of the Year Award.

Bürki had a tremendous season recording 123 saves and 8 clean sheets along the way leading to an historic season in St. Louis. Bürki led the entire MLS with the highest save percentage at 74.55%. Bürki’s 123 saves were the second most in the entire league. St. Louis CITY SC made incredible strides as an expansion club this season, it will be exciting to see them reach new heights next season.
