Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fruit of your choice (optional)
Organic authentic maple syrup
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, & olive oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients & stir until combined (do not over mix).
Heat a frying pan over medium heat & scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake & the bottom is golden-brown, then flip & cook the other side until golden-brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Add the fruit of your choice (optional) & maple syrup.
